As part of our ongoing commitment to safer Open Banking services, here's what every neotek customer should know to stay protected.
Small steps that make a big difference in your security.
A long password you don't reuse across accounts.
A code from an authenticator app, or your fingerprint.
Update your phone's system, and install apps from official stores only.
Stay alert before you click or reply.
“Your account will be suspended today.”
A password, one-time passcode (OTP), or login details.
A “verify your account” link, or a file you didn't ask for.
Never share your password or one-time passcode (OTP) with anyone, under any circumstances. neotek does not ask for this information through any channel.
Don't approve any request to access your account or share your banking data that you didn't start yourself.
We don't use SMS to communicate with you — any SMS sent in neotek's name is not from us.
Treat any message in neotek's name from other channels, or asking you to click a link, as suspicious — and verify it through our official accounts below.
To report a suspicious message or account, please contact us directly — our security team will take it from there.
