Getting Started

Follow these steps and make your first API call in minutes

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Go to developer-portal.neotek.sa → Sign Up
2. Add your name, email, mobile, organization
3. Set a Secure Password: Ensure it meets our password policy requirements.
4. Enable MFA: optional to sign in, but required for full access
5. Submit: Complete the registration process.

Step 2: Create your first app

You'll be prompted right after sign-in

1. Choose environment:

   Sandbox → instant, free testing (recommended)

   Production → live traffic; requires neotek approval and docs and MFA enabled

2. App name (unique): e.g., acme-checkout.

3. Display name (for you): e.g., Checkout Service.

Step 3: Get credentials & call an API

Where to find them

Left sidebar → App Settings → Credentials

Copy your Client ID and Client Secret (Sandbox)

Generate a token

Use those credentials with the Generate Token API to obtain an access token.

Call an API

Send requests with Authorization: Bearer "ACCESS_TOKEN"
